The Dangers of Online Home Searches
Searching for homes online is easy and convenient, but there are several major disadvantages to searching online that could come back to haunt you. There are several important things that you need to understand about these websites.
  1. All of those websites like Trulia and Zillow draw from the databases of real estate agents. If you're searching online for a home, why wouldn't you just go to your Realtor and get your information straight from the source? 
  2. The online listings are notoriously inaccurate. Some experts claim that as many as 38% of homes currently listed on the market DO NOT APPEAR IN ONLINE SEARCHES. 
  3. Many websites are at least a month or two behind in pulling data from databases and updating their listings of available homes.
In order to avoid all of these inconsistencies I urge you to come and join our VIP Client program.
